About the project
SignShield is a smart, secure visitor management system (VMS) built by Ditecho for offices, factories, hospitals and gated communities. It replaces paper registers with a fast digital check-in flow, photo capture, host approvals and a real-time log of everyone on-site. The platform ships as a multi-role web dashboard plus a companion mobile app, with separate access for admins, receptionists/guards, hosts and management. Highlights include QR visitor badges, PIN-lock & secure sign-in, approve / deny workflows, live check-in and check-out tracking, an at-a-glance dashboard (today's visitors, pending, approved, denied) with In/Out and Approved/Pending analytics, plus exportable reports — everything you need to know who is in your building and why.
